MARZONI was founded in 2010 in Belgrade. We work with public institutions, donor-funded programmes, regulated sectors and ambitious technology firms across Serbia and the wider region.
What we believe
Strategy without execution is theatre. Execution without governance is luck. The role of a serious consulting partner is to make sure neither of those failure modes is allowed to happen on the work that matters.
We are deliberately a boutique. We take fewer assignments and put senior people on each of them. We do not run armies of juniors. We work alongside leadership teams as a structured, evidence-based, accountable partner.
